Per Lundeen was chosen as chairman at the constituent meeting of Arctic Paper S.A. Supervisory Board. He was elected to the Supervisory Board on September 14th and was chosen to succeed Olle Grundberg as chairman, the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Mr Lundeen has nearly 40 years of experience in the paper and packaging industry, of which he served 12 years as President and CEO of the A&R Packaging Group.
Mr Lundeen is, since the ninth of September 2016, appointed as chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rottneros AB. As a member of Supervisory Board from 2013 he has been associated to the Arctic Paper Group and has been President and CEO of Rottneros AB from 2014 until August 2016.
