Exports of Brazilian made wood-based panels in the 1Q 2018 totaled $73 million, an increase of 14% over the same period last year, as ITTO reported.
Between January and March of this year the main markets for woodbased panels were Latin America (11% increase, equivalent to $39 million) and North America (21% increase, $17 million).
In terms of volume, exports of woodbased panels totaled 308,000 cubic metres in the 1Q of this year, an increase of 8.5% over the same period in 2017.
