Frank Miller Lumber acquires USA Woods International, Inc., a Memphis, Tennessee-based wholesale hardwood lumber exporter engaged in the export of high-quality, kiln-dried American hardwoods. The procurement is the latest in the international expansion efforts of the century-old, Indiana lumber manufacturer.

Frank Miller Lumber, established in 1903 in Union City, Indiana, produces premium quartersawn and plainsawn hardwoods for manufacturers of fine furniture, cabinets, architectural millwork and flooring.
