HLC has been appointed as the main supplier of timber pallets for Hope Cement’s new bagging terminal in London, as the Scott Group said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Hope, now part of Breedon Group, produces 1.5 million tonnes of cement annually, and it is expected that HLC will supply around 150,000 standard 2-way construction pallets per year, as part of a three year business deal, to safely transport the cement to customers.
Hope will also benefit from award winning sustainable pallet recovery service, ensuring maximum re-use as volumes increase.
