Imperial Dade has completed the acquisition of JPC Enterprises, Inc. t/a Jersey Paper Plus (“Jersey Paper”). Based in Edison, NJ, Jersey Paper is a distributor of paper products, packaging, plastics, disposables, and janitorial supplies serving the New York City metropolitan, New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania markets.

For Imperial Dade, the acquisition of Jersey Paper will provide both Imperial Dade and Jersey Paper’s customers with an expanded product offering and enhanced customer service.
