Kährs Group has acquired flooring distributor Ehrenborg & Co, which is a leader in the Swedish flooring market for public areas. Ehrenborg also operates in the rest of the Nordic countries as well as in several export markets. The takeover has been carried out with immediate effect, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Through the acquisition of Ehrenborg, Kährs Group strengthens its sales and distribution to customers in commercial projects and broadens its product portfolio with new products in project sales.
