Mondi Group has signed an agreement for the sale of its flat sack kraft paper mill in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, USA, to Twin Rivers Paper Company LLC. The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to complete in first half of 2018. The mill has a capacity of 130,000 metric tonnes, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
