Munksjö’s Nomination Board has been appointed, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
The Nomination Board comprises representatives of the three largest shareholders of the company and, in addition, two expert members: the Chairman of the Board of Directors and a person nominated by the Board of Directors.
The
following three persons have been appointed as representatives in the
Nomination Board:
- Thomas Ahlström (Ahlström Capital Oy and other shareholders as mentioned
below).
- Alexander Ehrnrooth (Viknum AB) and
- Mikko Mursula (Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company).
The Chairman of the Board of Directors Peter Seligson will, according to the charter of the Nomination Board, act as an expert member of the Nomination Board in addition to which the Board of Directors has elected Mats Lindstrand as the second expert member of the Nomination Board. The Nomination Board has among its members elected Thomas Ahlström as Chairman.
