The Supervisory Board of the Pfleiderer Group S.A. has appointed Dr. Nico Reiner as the new Board Member and CFO. The Supervisory Board has selected Dr. Nico Reiner, who will take up his duties on April 1, 2018, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Dr. Nico Reiner will be replacing Richard Mayer, the current Board Member and CFO, who decided not to extend his contract and at the end of March will leave the group.
Dr. Nico Reiner has years of working experience as the managing director and chief financial officer gained at international companies, dealing with, among others vehicle technology, system solutions for windows, doors and facades, solar, renewable energy sources.
He achieved many successes in the field of strategic and operational activities. He managed projects with complex structures and supported the development of segments in companies. He also has international experience in strategic consulting, with emphasis on comprehensive restructuring, strategy and effectiveness, as well as project management. He is a respected business partner for shareholders, management boards, supervisory boards, colleagues, employees, costomers, service providers and financial auditors.
Dr. Nico Reiner will complement the Company’s Managing Board, whose remaining members include Thomas Schäbinger as the Chief Executive and General Manager, Dirk Hardow as Chief Operating Officer and Ivo Schintz as Chief Commercial Officer.
