Pro Carton’s Roland Rex formally stood down as President of the association after eight years in the role and Horst Bittermann was duly elected as his replacement.
Horst Bittermann has a distinguished career history which includes 3 years in private banking and 15 years in retailing in a variety of senior Sales and Marketing roles. He came into the packaging industry ten years ago and is now responsible for the Marketing team at MM Karton as well as for driving the company’s Key Account Management approach to the FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Retail sectors.
His experience in classical marketing, communications and research will prove to be a major asset for Pro Carton going forward.
Pro Carton is the European association of carton and cartonboard manufacturers.
