Appvion, Inc. has elected Carl J. Laurino to its Board of Directors, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Laurino served as senior vice president and CFO of The Manitowoc Company, Inc. from 2004 until June 2016.
"Our corporate governance committee recommended Carl to the board because of his extensive financial expertise and management experience at the international, operational, and corporate levels," said Kevin Gilligan, Appvion's CEO.
Appvion produces thermal, carbonless, security, inkjet, digital specialty and colored papers.
