Located 50 miles north of Portland, OR on I-5 in southwestern Washington, this property sits in the heart of Bell’s Coastal Douglas fir wood procurement activities, a key region for both public and private timberland activities.

The facility is ideally located between Bell’s current Conway, WA and Lebanon, OR peeling facilities. This location also possesses access to the BNSF and Union Pacific railroads that provides rail connections to serve Bell’s New Brighton, MN, Sidney, NE and other partner treating plants. In its first phase of development, Bell anticipates utilizing the site for logistics, pole peeling operations.
