Mr. Corrick was elected to fill a newly created director position and, as a management director, will not serve on any Board committees.
Mr. Corrick serves as CEO of Boise Cascade and over the past 32 years has served as the company’s chief operating officer, senior vice president of both Wood Products manufacturing and engineered wood products and has held various management and financial positions with the company.
Boise Cascade is one of the largest producers of plywood and engineered wood products in North America and a leading U.S. wholesale distributor of building products.
