Caraustar Industries, Inc. announced the continuation of the previously announced price increase on paperboard tubes and cores and protective packaging products.
"The April announced price increase on our paperboard products was in response to the increased cost in uncoated recycled paperboard (URB)," reported Rick Moreland, Vice President of Sales for Caraustar's Industrial Products Group. "As a result of the continued escalation in cost it has become necessary to complete implementation of the previously announced increase."
Caraustar Industries, Inc. is one of North America's largest integrated manufacturers of 100% recycled paperboard and converted paperboard products.
