The Board of Directors of China Sunshine Paper Holdings Company Limited announced that Mr. Leung Ping Shing has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman and a member of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration committee of the Board with effect from 15 December 2016 due to his other personal commitments.
