12 October, 22:42
Neenah Paper will purchase all outstanding shares of the Dutch manufacturer of speciality papers, Coldenhove Papier. The acquisition will be completed November 1st 2017, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Coldenhove Papier considers this acquisition an important step towards realising their growth strategy.

Jeroen Alkemade, CEO of Coldenhove Papier, said: “Coldenhove is a strong but niche specialist in a global market that is rapidly consolidating. To successfully progress its strategic journey we have been looking for a financially strong strategic partner. Neenah Paper is a global market leader in high-end specialty media with sales in over 80 countries and with a solid understanding of the innovative strengths of Coldenhove. I am very confident that with Neenah Paper we have found the best possible partner.”

Coldenhove Papier was founded in 1661 and has developed to become a global leader in high-value quality paper for specific high-end applications.
