DS Smith Plc announced the proposed acquisition of Deku-Pack in Denmark. Deku-Pack is a specialist in Point of Sale and display products and services for in-store marketing, located in Denmark and employs c.80 people.
The acquisition is subject to competition clearance, which the company expects during calendar 3Q 2016 with completion shortly thereafter.
