International Paper (IP) announced Guillermo Gutierrez has been named vice president of Investor Relations, effective July 1, 2017, reporting to Glenn Landau, senior vice president and CFO.
Gutierrez, 45, joined International Paper in 1994 and has held roles of increasing responsibility in finance, sales, marketing, supply chain and general management. He currently serves as Regional Managing Director, EMEA Packaging.
Gutierrez succeeds Jay Royalty, who has been named vice president and general manager, Foodservice.
International Paper is a leading global producer of renewable fiber-based packaging, pulp and paper products with manufacturing operations in North America, Latin America, Europe, North Africa, Asia and Russia.
