JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. acquired Mattiovi Oy, a leading Finnish manufacturer of interior doors and door frames. Mattiovi was privately held by Taaleri Ovitehdas Ky, Taaleri Sijoitus Oy, and management. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
