Year-on-year, the value of Japan’s March wooden window imports were up 10%, but compared to February import values fell slightly. 1Q 2017 wooden window import values were down 13% from the same period in 2016, as ITTO reported.

In March this year three shippers accounted for over 85% of the value of wooden window imports, China (49%), USA (30%) and Sweden (8%).
