Kari Jordan continues as Chairman of the Finnish Forest Industries Federation

Nov 20, 2009. /Lesprom Network/. The Board of Directors of the Finnish Forest Industries Federation has chosen Kari Jordan, President & CEO of the Metsäliitto Group, to continue its Chairman in 2010. UPM CEO Jussi Pesonen and Stora Enso Country Manager Juha Vanhainen were chosen as deputy chairmen, Finnish Forest Industries Federation said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. In addition to the Chairmen, the Board also chose the following members to its Executive Committee: Managing Director Matti Hilli from Vapo Oy; Managing Director Pekka Kopra from Versowood Oy, CEO Sverre Norrgård from Myllykoski Oyj and Group Managing Director Pertti Lehti from Finndomo Oy. Managing Director Sari Rämö from SCA Packaging Finland Oy is a new Executive Committee member. In total, 30 member company representatives were selected to the Board of Directors of the Federation in 2010. The new members of the Board are CEO Peter Hutton from Jujo Thermal Oy and CEO Lauri Junnila from Pankaboard Oy.
