Lumber Liquidators' net sales in the 4Q 2016 were $244.9 million, an increase of 4.3% from the 4Q 2015. The Company opened three new stores during the 4Q 2016. Gross margin was 32.9% in the 4Q 2016, compared with 23% in the prior year period, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

FY 2016 net sales decreased 1.9% to $960.6 million from $978.8 million in 2015. The Company opened 9 new stores in 2016, and as of December 31, 2016, operated 383 stores in the United States and Canada.

Gross profit increased 9% to $303.9 million from $278.9 million in 2015. Net loss was $68.6 million, or $2.51 per diluted share in 2016 compared to a net loss of $56.4 million, or $2.08 per diluted share, in the prior year.
