The volume of Russian exports of roundwood for the reporting period amounted to 3.16 million cubic metres, (25.8% more than in the same period last year). Worth of roundwood export amounted to $289.6 million (+29.9%), lumber – $535.5 million (+15.9%).
3.09 (+25.6%) million cubic metres of roundwood worth $284.6 million (+30,6%) were shipped to other countries in January-February 2014; to CIS countries – 71.1 thousand cubic metres (+1,3%) worth $5 million (-1,9%).
1.25 (+17.9%) million tons of lumber worth $415 million (+17%) were shipped to other countries; to CIS countries – 472.1 (+20.4%) thousand tons worth $120.5 million (+12.3%).
