Masonite International Corporation appoints Chet Akiri as Senior Vice President and Business Leader of Masonite’s Components business, effective October 8, 2018.
Chet joins Masonite with over 20 years of general management, corporate development and consulting experience, most recently as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer for Bristow Group, a leading Industrial Aviation Services provider with $1.5 billion in annual sales. He began at Bristow as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Prior to that, Chet spent over 13 years at GE in various general management, sourcing and M&A related roles within GE’s Industrial and Energy businesses and at the company’s headquarters. His last assignment at GE was Chief Operating Officer for GE Energy Global Nuclear Fuels business.
