Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. completes the asset purchase of the Liquid Packaging Board Business of Weyerhaeuser Company in the United States, and the commencement of the operation of Nippon Dynawave Packaging Co., a new consolidated subsidiary established in the United States in order to assume the Business.
The Company will not only ensure the efficient management of Nippon Dynawave Packaging, but also pursue the creation of new businesses to enhance its group value, through collaborations with the industrial paper business and the packaging business.
