Papyrus AB has signed and completed an acquisition of Inapa Schweiz AG, comprising Inapa's entire business in Switzerland, from Inapa Group. In 2015, Inapa Schweiz AG had revenues of approximately Euro 52 million.

At the same time, Papyrus has completed the sale of Papyrus France Holding SAS, comprising the Group's entire French business, to the Inapa Group. Following approvals from the French competition authority and the works council of both companies, this has now been completed.
Papyrus is a leading European service company in paper, facility supplies and industrial packaging.
