Pohlig Packaging has merged with Oliver Printing & Packaging Co. The company will keep its facilities and retain all employees as part of the transaction.
“The merger will strengthen both companies with new markets, customers, capabilities and capacity. We are pleased to welcome the Pohlig team to our Oliver platform,” said Brian Dunsirn, Chairman. “Current managers Mike Gaffney and Jim Petit will continue to lead Pohlig into the future.”
Pohlig is a manufacturer of folding cartons, micro-fluted corrugated boxes and setup boxes, serving the food and grocery, consumer products, automotive aftermarket and healthcare markets.
