ProAmpac has acquired Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Orlando from Holland’s Clondalkin Group. Specializing in converting, printing, die-cutting and slitting packaging materials, Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Orlando is an established market leader in lidding foils and films. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
With the addition of Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Orlando, ProAmpac has 23 manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia.
The business will become part of the ProAmpac brand and operate as a part of the Extrusion and Laminations Division. Bill Harris, former president of Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Orlando, will lead ProAmpac’s lidding solutions.
Cincinnati-based ProAmpac, one of the top 10 flexible packaging converters in the United States, is owned by Pritzker Group Private Capital along with management and co-investors.
