Raptor Integration Inc. (RemaSawco’s joint venture partner in North America), received an order from North Fork Lumber in Korbel, California. Delivery will take place in the 3Q 2017, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
The order value is SEK 6 million ($681,818) and comprises delivery and installation of the North American version of its RS-BoardScannerQ system - FX85. Delivery and commissioning will be carried through together with RemaSawco´s North American partner Raptor Inc.
“This is a significant order for RemaSawco. It's the 2nd order from the same customer and is a receipt for a breakthrough on the important North American market and also important for our future growth. These 2 facilities will become reference plants in demonstrating the advantages of our systems to other customers in North America," says Mikael Jacobsson, Business Development Manager at RemaSawco.
