The Director, Matteo Rossi, has declared that he holds the independence requirements pursuant to the law and the by-laws.
Following that appointment, the Company’s Board of Directors has also completed the Internal Control Committee, the Compensation Committee, the Related-Parties Transactions Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Oversight Body, by appointing the independent non-executive Director, Matteo Rossi, as new member of the aforementioned bodies.
