Segezha Group (part of Sistema JSFC) and Chinese CAMC Engineering Co Ltd signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
In furtherance of projects implementation under the agreement, Segezha Group undertook to devise and sign the detailed projects roadmap until September 11, 2017, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The strategic cooperation agreement is aimed at joint projects delivery in the area of added-value wood conversion and ramping up pulp and paper output in Russia.

Amongst others, the new pulp and paper mill based on the premises of LWP No 1, located in Lesosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk region, Russia, is afoot for construction; existing pulp and paper facilities’ renovation and the new mill in Karelia are also put on schedule in the near future.
