Stella-Jones Inc. appoints Katherine A. Lehman to its Board of Directors, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Ms. Lehman is Managing Partner of the private equity firm of Hilltop Private Capital LLC, based in New York, NY. Before joining Hilltop Private Capital, she spent 15 years at the private equity firm of Lincolnshire Management, where she served in various roles, including Managing Director and Deal Team Leader, as well as Investment Committee Observer. She currently serves as an independent Board member of Navient Corp.

Ms. Lehman's appointment is effective October 1, 2016 and will bring the total number of Board members to ten.
