Average delivery prices of sawlog in Sweden fell by 2% in the 1Q 2017 compared with previous quarter. The sawlog prices fell by 3% in region South, 2% in region North and was unchanged in region Middle, as the Swedish Forest Agency said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
In total prices of pulpwood remained unchanged during the 1Q 2017 compared to previous quarter.
In a comparison between the 1Q 2017 and the 1Q 2016 sawlog prices fell by 2%. In region South prices fell by 5% and by 2% in region Middle. In region North prices fell by 1%.
