A native of the Netherlands, Mr. Lempsink holds a degree in Chemical Engineering. After graduation, he worked as a university lecturer. He then took a position as a process engineer and later as production manager at a board mill in the Netherlands. Mr. Lempsink has also worked for several global pigment companies in various technical service, technical sales, operations, and business management roles. Since 2008, he has been working as an independent consultant assisting in technical matters on a global basis.
