VPK Packaging to invest Euro 10 million to expand its Polish packaging division in Radomsko

VPK Packaging Group is now starting up the construction of an extra hall, good for almost 10,000 m² of extra space in Radomsko, Poland. The new hall and processing machines are expected to be up and running by the middle of the year. The number of employees will also increase from 200 to 215 over the course of the year. VPK Packaging Group will invest Euro10 million in the entire expansion project, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

A Bobst Mastercut, a Tanabe folding machine and an extra strapping and wrapping line increase the total capacity of corrugated cardboard packaging by 30 million m². The Göpfert die-cutting machine will also receive a sixth colour unit to achieve high-quality printing in one quick production step.
