Van Genechten Packaging appoints Henk Rogiers as new CFO effective September 4th. Henk succeeds Frederic de Somer who will focus on his Executive Director mandate at Board of Directors level, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Before joining the Company Henk started his career in 1992 and since then he has held various Finance functions from Local Divisional Manager to Group CFO in both privately owned as listed companies, such as Shanks Group PLC (2012-today), Kinepolis Group (2009-2012), KPMG (2007-2009) and Graphic Packaging International (2001-2006).
Van Genechten Packaging International is an independent industrial group with seat in Luxembourg. It consists of 10 folding carton factories in 7 countries, leading the European consumer goods industry with printed folding cartons, microflute and other packaging solutions.
