Veritiv names Adam Taylor as Chief Strategy Officer and Dave Hudson as Chief Information Officer

Oct 07, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Veritiv Corporation announced two key senior management appointments. Adam Taylor has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer; and Dave Hudson has been appointed Vice President and Chief Information Officer.

Adam Taylor will be based in the company's corporate headquarters in Atlanta and report to Mary Laschinger, Chairman and CEO of Veritiv.

"I am pleased to share that we have added the new role of Chief Strategy Officer to our senior leadership team. In this new role, Adam will be responsible for developing and driving Veritiv's long-term business strategies and future growth platforms which are critical to our post-integration efforts," said Laschinger.

Dave Hudson will lead Veritiv's Information Technology (IT) organization and will be responsible for developing and executing the company's overall IT strategy, including budgeting, staffing, and the organization's IT integration work. Hudson will be based in the company's corporate headquarters in Atlanta and report to Steve Smith, Senior Vice President and CFO of Veritiv.
