West Fraser Timber completed sale of its Skeena Sawmills Division to Roc Holdings Ltd

Jul 19, 2011. /Lesprom Network/. West Fraser Timber has completed the sale of its Skeena Sawmills Division to Roc Holdings Ltd. The Skeena Sawmills Division includes the Terrace sawmill and related Crown timber tenures. The Terrace sawmill has a single shift capacity of 90 million board feet per year, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. West Fraser Timber is an integrated wood products company producing lumber, wood chips, LVL, MDF, plywood, pulp and newsprint. The Company has operations in western Canada and the southern United States.
