(1) A great magnate iron mine in Cambodia
In late October, 2009, the Company found an excellent magnate iron mine, the reserve of which reaches beyond 200 million tons, the grade up to 67%. This mine project has been recommended to some large scale domestic state-owned enterprises, all of which showed great interest in this project so that it has been successfully transferred in short time.
(2)A world-class gold mine in South America
In November 2010, the Company found a tremendous gold mine that located in South America. The indicated metal reserve of this mine is more than 200 tons, and the average grade reaches 5 g/t. huge of state-owned enterprises and powerful private companies pay more attentions to this excellent mine. At present, the buyer and seller are negotiating about this mining rights transaction.
(3) A gold mine in Australia.
In March, 2011, we assisted a Chinese private company successfully which took 15% stakes of the Australia Company (ASX).
