Mr Per Lundeen and Mr Maciej Georg have been elected to the Supervisory Board of Arctic Paper S.A. They replace Mr Olle Grundberg and Mr Rune Ingvarsson after their respective resignations.

Arctic Paper appoints Per Lundeen and Maciej Georg as members of supervisory board

Mr Per Lundeen and Mr Maciej Georg have been elected to the Supervisory Board of Arctic Paper S.A. They replace Mr Olle Grundberg and Mr Rune Ingvarsson after their respective resignations, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Mr Olle Grundberg and Mr Rune Ingvarsson have asked in August 2016 to be relieved due to personal reasons. Both have been members of the board since 2008, with Mr Grundberg as Chairman.

Mr Per Lundeen and Mr Maciej Georg were elected to the Supervisory Board of Arctic Paper S.A. at the extraordinary shareholder meeting on the 14th of September. After elections the Supervisory Board among themselves will choose Chairman.

Mr Per Lundeen has nearly 40 years of experience in the chemical, paper and packaging industry, among which 12 years as President and CEO of the A&R Packaging Group. He has been associated to the Arctic Paper Group since 2013, as member of Supervisory Board of Rottneros AB. Since 2014 until end of August of this year Mr Lundeen held the position of President and CEO of Rottneros AB.

Mr Maciej Georg is a graduate from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw, and is specialized in banking, civil and commercial law. Prior to his current position as Head of the Financing Transactions Team in Warsaw office of the international law firm Bird&Bird, Mr Maciej Georg had worked at Soltysinski, Kawecki & Szlezak, Linklaters and Hogan & Hartson i KL Gates.
