In February 2013, Metso Corporation and Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill have signed agreement to supply new equipment for washing department brewhouse reconstruction, training, technical and technological personnel.
Equipment includes three washings press TwinRoll Evolution and two sorts DeltaCombi. Also including all special and centrifugal pumps, oil pumps for hydraulics, remotely-regulating and manual equipment, sensors, process control system DCS Metso Automation.
Total value of investment is over RUB 500 million ($15.4 million).
Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill is one of the leading wood chemical mills in Europe. The company is the major container board manufacturer and one of the leading pulp manufacturer in Russia.
