Börje Bengtsson has been a member of the Board of Mellanskog forest owners’ association since 2013. During the period 2009-2012 he was President and CEO of Setra. Börje Bengtsson’s other directorships include Chairman of C-rad AB and a member of the Board of Svevia AB.
Other members of Setra’s Board were re-elected until the next Annual General Meeting: Michael Bertorp, Chairman of the Board; Sture Karlsson, CEO Mellanskog; Per Matses, CFO Sveaskog; Per-Olof Wedin, President and CEO Sveaskog.
Setra is one of Sweden’s largest wood products companies and a leading player in Europe.
