Cellwood Group acquires Algas AS

Cellwood Group has acquired the Norwegian company Algas AS and its daughter companies, ALGAS Fluid Technology Systems and ALGAS GmbH, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. Algas are producing Microfilters for the most efficient water treatment concept, across the board, for most mill applications. Cellwood Machinery develops and manufactures systems for the pulp- and paper industries all over the world.
