Neenah Paper will purchase all outstanding shares of the Dutch manufacturer of speciality papers, Coldenhove Papier. The acquisition will be completed November 1st 2017, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Coldenhove Papier considers this acquisition an important step towards realising their growth strategy.
