Chichester-based merchanting group Covers Timber & Builders Merchants has launched of its renewed timber mill, as TTJ reported.
The opening of the renewed and improved mill completes two years’ of investment in timber services by Covers. This includes improving the range of hardwood timber stocks within a new hardwood shed and new timber treatment facilities.
Covers said its considerable investment in Weinig planing and moulding machines, the production line and building extension comes at a time when demand for machined timber remains strong.
