The acquisition expands the product portfolio of the Europapier Group and in addition it again improves the service quality for the Group’s customers. After the acquisition, they will be able to choose from an expanded product portfolio, which includes the areas of signage, digital, screen printing and machines for digital printing and finishing.
With this step, Europapier strengthens its position as a one-stop-shop for a wide range of products for printing, packaging, office and advertising solutions – particularly for the graphic arts industry.
The agreement with PaperNet is still subject to approval by antitrust authorities. In the meantime there will be no changes at Europapier or PaperNet, as both companies will continue to act independently of each other and business will continue as usual.
