The top export destinations for Ghana’s wood products in the 1Q 2016 were China, India, Vietnam, Germany and Italy which together accounted of worth Euro 38,7 million, or 74% and 77% of total 1Q volume and value exports, ITTO reported.
In terms of volume China accounted for 33% while India imported 32%. Despite the significant expansion of export to Asian markets trade to regional markets weakened.
