Jul 31, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. High Road Capital Partners has acquired Cali Bamboo, LLC. Transaction consideration was not disclosed. Monroe Capital provided financing for the transaction, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Cali Bamboo co-founders Jeff Goldberg, CEO, and Tanner Haigwood, Vice President of Business Development, invested in the transaction alongside High Road and will continue to lead the company post-closing.
