Apr 25, 2016. /Lesprom Network/. Iberpapel's 1Q 2016 revenue amounted to Euro 53.67 million, down 8.44% from the 1Q 2015, while EBITDA came in at Euro 7.34 million, year-on-year growth of 33.47%, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

This earnings performance reflects a stronger paper price environment in comparison with first-quarter 2015 sales prices, coupled with improved overall industrial efficiency at the Group level. These factors were further enhanced by lower energy costs.

Iberpapel is one of the main players in the printing and writing paper market in Spain.
