Indian plywood and laminate maker Greenply said its export revenue is likely to grow by up to 30% on the back of additional capacity coming up at its Nalagarh plant in Himachal Pradesh, as Asia Pulse reported. The company had laminate sales of Rs 630 million ($13.5 million) last fiscal year in the overseas market, exporting around 8.5 million square metres. "We expect our export revenue to grow by around 25-30% this fiscal over last year. After completion of the plant, we hope contribution from exports to our overall business will also increase in the coming years," Greenply Industries Senior Vice President (Finance and Accounts) Ashok Sharma said. At present, around 9% of the company's overall revenues are from export.
